I like to transplant my seedlings early so if it were me I'd transplant the two biggest. But the other two have a while. Some people transplant when they are bigger and also transplant multiple times.

My seedlings are 16 hr. old, I was going to "transfer" Friday, but the tap root on one was coming out the bottom,
so I did it now. Just what works for me. To answer your question, yesterday.

70% coco + 30% perlite ....... 1/4 - 1/8 nutes watered everyday since they went in the pot.

Awesome, thanks for the info! I'm running soil, but I lifted my pucks up and saw a taproot about a half in long on them both. Just got them both potted into 1 qt jiffy pots. I'm glad I found your response, I might have been a little late to the game otherwise. Newbs gonna newb I reckon
