So i have a la confidential plant. In a 3 gallon pot right now. I check on the side carefully and it's full or roots. It's already flowering it's about 2 ft tall. Should i transplant it ?

You should not transplant while in flowering, you generally want to give a couple weeks after final transplant to start the flowering period

As long as you give it enough food and give her what she needs then you should be all right. Reason why up canning now wouldn't be a big help would be that when switching to flower the root production is slowed and the plant shifts its resources to flowering. In veg obviously the plant its putting its resources in to leaf growth and root development. Hence the fact that more leaf = more bud as it is the leafs that in fact produce the bud. So as far as up canning It wont help but it wont hurt either. You want to have a nice established root system before going into flower. As long as is it not induce root rot i think youll be all right. Just give her a balanced diet. Hope this helps Good Luck

Rookiekid,

I'm guessing that you planted directely in the 3 Gallon pot when the plant was a little sprout?

If that's the case, the plant isn't really "Rootbound". When little sprouts get thown into large pots, the roots race straight for the "outside" (perimeter of the soil), laving the "inside" relatively unused. This is just one reason why "up potting" several times (before Flowering) is a good idea!
