Transplanted...is it dead?!? (pics)

Basically this plant had an issue with soil airation...so I decided to dig a circle around it and pull it up. I did have a large ball of roots intact, but I'm pretty sure I lost some. The top of the plant is wilting over (as you can see) but the main stem is strong. I left it as is, to get advice first. Should I cut the top thats wilting over? Or is the whole plant just fucked? photo(13).JPGView attachment 2253891photo(14).jpg

I always take off a few of the larger leaves and it perks the plant right back up...seems to take a little load off the newly broken roots.

Would you reccomend I cut off the top two nodes? These are pics from a few hours ago. The plant is pretty lanky due to me having to cut off the bottom 3-4 nodes in regards to a fungal infection. Not the best looking one of my bunch :\ I'll be happy to get anything out of her :wall:

This is a lemon skunk plant which came free with an order from herbies.

EDIT: will the bottom inner-nodes still grow, even though I cut off the larger fan leaves? Or should I cut the bottom small leaves entirely off?

Thanks all
