Transplanted Plant??? fucked up??

ok first time i transplanted a plant and i fucked it up big time i pretty much ripped off 3/4 of the roots =/ will it live? anything i can do to help it?

if it doesnt die then yes?

Some beneficial bacteria may help. But how did that happen?

lmao i dunno i jus kinda man handled it i was tryin to be gentle but it didnt work to good so i guess i pulled the roots apart

How old was it? What size pot was it in?

its about 3 weeks about half gallon pot mayb?

next time you transplant water the soil a little and if you have a soft plastic pot then roll is around in your hands a little to loosen it up around the sides(if not then just do the next step i guess) then tip it upside down with your hand at the base of the plant and wiggle it around a little until the bulb falls out. if its rooted well it will all come out together. maybe find a youtube vid on how to do it so u dont have this happen again.
