Hey guys, trying to get some insight on experience with transplanting a regular photo strain after sexing it, whatever that takes, 1-3 weeks I suppose we can ballpark. Instead of transplanting to its final pot size before flipping to flower
I have 9 one gallon pots filling the 4x2 tent right now, plants vegged about 5 1/2 weeks , all bushy and mainlined, but are not showing any signs of sex, and are ready to be flipped due to tent space. My question really is if there is much detriment to the plant if I keep it in the one gallon pot (plants @ 14" or less), flip them the flower, wait til they show certain preflower / sex and then cull the males and up-pot the ladies to there final 3 or 5 gallon (I have both)
I simply cannot up-pot them all as there isnt enough room in the tent for 9 large pots. Next run I plan to sex the plants and then re-veg the girls, but for this run Im hoping for some insight on this method.
Thank you cheers
