Transplanting from soil to DWC

Tough thing is these weren't planted in rock wool so before I move the 3rd Sour Dubb into DWC just seeing what to do help prevent shock and ease acclimation. Ordered No Shock by Advanced Nutrients and should be here by next week but I never used that stuff before, getting paranoid I guess hope it works. Also have another new seedling in soil about 3 days old I'm pretty confident in transplanting w/o the additive, check out pics below + thanks again as always!

They need to be At LEAST 8" TALL, with a decent main stem and some good sets of leaves before you put into DWC. Same with seedlings going directly to dwc. They can't just go right in. A decent root system must be present first.
Once it's there, just get room temp water in a sink, filled up, put the root ball in and slowly try to work away the soil to expose the roots. Don't worry if a little is there still, being careful is the most crucial and important part of it.
Make sure you're roots are coming OUT and THROUGH the net pot before filling with hydroton, then set it in the DWC system.

Thanks @Airwalker16 all the clones I've worked with usually are in rock wool and have pretty good success rate till now. The 2 Dubbs already transplanted were about 6" - 8" and the smaller one might still make it. Roots were coming out of the solo cups and that's pretty much when i dropped them in the 1st time. On the new seedling transplant, I usually germinate straight in DWC though got this seedling today from a pal since I've been having some bad luck lately so thinking it'd be good to get her in asap, my 2nd attempt w/ Member Berry. When I don't germ in dwc I'll usually wait for about this height 3-4" to transplant but if you think it's better to wait I might just do that since the "no shock" from advanced won't be here for about another few days or so & the Dubb waitng to be transplanted is about 5 maybe 6" now so a few days is no rush at all.

The other SourDubb that's already been transplanted looks ok for the most part, usually they acclimate in about 1-2 weeks so i guess i have a few more days to go on her still. Just started to turn a little yellow 2 days ago so reading up on some old threads on here seeing how to prevent for this upcoming transplant.

Photo below just an old pic from few weeks ago with seedling germinated in reservoir but had bad luck with it from vapor pressure defecit and dried up immediately after removing the dome. Making some changes to my tiny space so next run coming in a few weeks hopefully won't run into more issues w/ humidity.
