transplanting help!?

So i have a few girls inside a veg tent in 3 gallon pots been in them for about a month , and i plan on moving them outdoors. So should i transplant when they make the move outdoors to a bigger pot size ( if so what size?) or leave them to flower in the 3 gallon containers?

Have they fully rooted the 3gal pots?
Honestly, I'd transplant, but leave them inside a few days so I didn't stack too much stress on at one time. If you're on a schedule, you could leave them in the 3gal and just go for it, but i'll take any excuse to up-pot.

I believe they have, i can see the roots at the bottom of thr pot, im just on a 24 hour veg so i think i should up size aswell

It's more about how far down you have to put your finger through the surface to touch roots.
Roots hit bottom quick, but the lateral spread above is really the thing to look for.
