Transplanting on day 12 of 12/12

On day 12 of 12/12 n noticing pre flowering ( I Think ) she is about 2-3 feet tall and in a pot thats hold about 2-3l would it be ok to transplant?

hmm i personally wouldnt but you should be ok stress her out a little but she should bounce back be prepared to wait bit longer though few more weeks id guess
