Transplanting question...please help

i have ten 11-12 day old seedling. some of them are sharing a pot and will need to be moved ( i was expecting some to not sprout, or for there to be some stragglers but they are all looking very healthy). my question is, should i trasnplant sooner rather then later.

one person told me to do it when they are young and the root system isnt to big and easy to deal with.

another person told me to wait so they can get stronger before stressing them with a transplant.

i see the logic in both. this would also be my frist transplant as this is also my first attempt at this so the easier the better. any help would be appreciated.

they are ready to be separated.. be gentle. roots can handle sum breakage but not too much

transplant them as soon as possible before their roots get too tangled , some won't recover from it but thats the best you can do, if left in the same pot they will eventually strangle each other.
