When was that picture taken. I don't think you need to worry about transplanting too soon, but you can do as the above mentioned, which I don't like to do. I think it slows the plants vigor a little while the pot is decomposing and the roots are fighting through it. I just water them good the day before then the medium is moist enough to come out whole and not disturb the rootball. This whole process will be easier if you wait till your plants have good root structure.

Def wouldn't worry about transplanting anytime soon deff not until you get a good root structure or you start to get round bound.
Seeing roots coming out bottom of your pots drain holes is the cue I go by.
If they are biodegradable yes you can just re-pot them in new soil but I don't really like that idea either. You can cut out bottom of pots like one buddy said. Or you can try cutting the pots your using making a split from top to bottom of pot and peel it off i. I used 12 ounce Styrofoam cups for my seedlings and when I transplanted worked like a charm :)
