transporting clones

So I ran into an old friend who's going to give me a few clones for my disabled uncle. The thing is their not exactly clones yet..he doesn't clone but he said he would give me cuttings to take..is this possible to just take clippings? The two live about an hour away so if I just keep to clones wet where they were cut should they be fine? Or should I bring the little rapid rooter plugs my uncle has with me and do it at the time of cutting. Thanks riu

best to take care of the cuttings all at once and get them into a humidity dome.

you can get by with say zip lock bags. a little water, add the clone, and blow a little air in the bag and zip it up.

I know. Under normal circumstances is never do this but I guess ya gotta take what you can get. So your saying throwin a little bit of water leave some air in the bag and place the cuttings in alarge zip lock and it should be fine until we can get some clonex on em and into the cubes?

I take a small full water bottle. Punch a hole in the lid with a nail. Drop cutting in there and keep it upright so it doesnt leak. Can keep for days like that. Just make a fresh cut off the bottom of the stem before you transplant it
