Keep in mind this is an outdoor soil grow from a clone that has been dragged through the mud by my own mistakes. Poor little lady was mistreated for some time.
Here is the story...after you read this and check out the photos and time lines please share with me if you think this thing has the potential to get big. I certainly think so based on some basic things I'm seeing.
This clone (far left)was sold to me as LA Conf. An Indica Dom. No way is she Indica in my opinion. Maybe a hybrid. But certainly Sativa Dom is some form.
Photo 1288 was the initial transplant from rooted clone to half gallon pot (April 5th). She's on the left.
Photo 1321 (April 19)is a photo from two weeks later. Early this year we had a bit of a heat wave and I litterally killed my clones due to 90+ degree heat exposure on such a young plant. They were scorched. It took them weeks to recover. Mininal to no growth, just recovery. Kept them in the shade for the recovery time and she bounced back.
Photo 1326 (April 26) is my final transplant into what I believe is a 10gal pot. This plant has finaly healed her wounds from a rough start and can now begin her summer long veg.
Problem...I put them out too early and many of my plants flipped to flower. My opinion is that she is a Sativa Dom and is or was flowering at a very slow rate. Yet she is/was flowering and probably sucked up more than a bit of my veg growth in this period. Moving forward I feel I will have plenty of veg time but my plant will always be feeding these small bud sites throughout the summer.
Photo 1396 (June 7th) Here is a photo of her stalk. Easily over a half an inch thick, maybe 5/8ths??? This with 7 weeks of true healthy outdoor growth.
Photo 1397 (June7th) She's not terribly tall, under 18" but is very very dense. No fluff. I could try to open her up and take photos but it's difficult. Maybe you can ask for certain photos in order to aid in her potential. If I had to guess she has a few hundred but sites. Many branches that are very long with bud sites everywhere.
Everything I'm seeing says she could be or has the potential to be a massive producer. A tree almost...These photos just don't cut it. The top view doesn't really show that she has what I see to be a solid 6 or more tops.
She has seen zero veg time indoors and only has 7 weeks of healthy outdoor growth.
Had she not flipped into flower and had I not scorched her early in her life I feel I could have a bit more height and girth.
If she's worth saving the genetics I will make the necessary moves to clone her.
What do you guys think? Typical growth or something with potential?
