Tri colour

So I always thought in basic terms Sativa make you and Indica make you .
But I’ve read that with the Tri’s, the longer you leave the more sedative high you get, the earlier the more head/energetic high.
What’s the crack then folk???

Sativas do tend to have a more up high than indicas. The trichomes comment is also true. We are talking about effects here. The effect of harvesting late when you have an excessive number of amber trichs is a more narcotic sedative high. The two aren’t mutually exclusive. Think of it like ripening fruit. Letting fruit ripen longer makes it sweeter. This might be true for both apples and mangos yet we can still say mangos tend to be sweeter than apples.

True, it is also strain dependant, especially with hybrids. There may be various effects between 2 or more "indica dominant" strains, as well as "sativa dominant" strains, that react differently even tho they have the same milky/amber % as one another. Nothing is 100% this or that unless you grow landtrace and so on
