trich color questions

so I got a couple questions.
1. how long after the trichcomes turn milky do they start to amber?
2. does it mean the thc is starting to degrade when the trichomes turn Amber? I've read a lot of both sides and I'd like to know the actual answer.

Trich's are at their peak when cloudy/milky. As it degrades it turns tan/amber. Amber trich's have a more inca effect due to the higher CBD's and enhanced terpene's.
