Trichomes in revegging situation

Hi I have revegging going on like a huge party in my grow tent!! Nearly every single bud has a newly formed FLOWERING new plant buddy. So I’m watching my older plants start to die bottom up. Can I harvest my older buds with mostly cloudy and some amber, 10% at most??
