Hey all, I've been using this site for about 4 months to aid me with my firs grow, I started off with 2 tomato plants luckily both girls. Ones about ready the others got about. A month. Anyways I wanted to know was when I use my scope to looks at the tri's I see a few long thing that looks like trichromes but they have no cap, so to speak. Is that a developing trichrome? I see plenty of clear cloudy a few Ambers and the thing in describing.

Just wanted to know, thanks!

I believe those are called "false trichs", or something to that effect. From what I understand, they are produced as a pest deterrent, by the plant, as a natural defense, and are basically inactive, as far as stoning properties. That's the main reason why "white strains" don't blow away every other type of weed on the planet. They have more tirchs, but many are inactive.
