Hi, so 1st run of these and they are looking nice but all the hairs are red. I know some gdp is just normal looking buds but is there a nutrient or trick to coax out the purple or just wait for it? thx!

That would be correct. The genetics is the #1 factor period.I just want tasty buds. seems optimal conditions and great seeds needed.
yep i experienced this with my first heavy purple strain recently. Didnt really start any purple until the last month at least.you are way too early in flower for purple. It will happen during ripening.
Cold temps are the best the colder the better for purple colors period
I hear ya but have you ever grown outdoor in humboldt?Cold temps just make the leaves turn purple. If the buds are going to turn purple which is what matters they'll do it on their own and still have green leaves.

Some strains have natural coloring in the leaves that doesn't require cold or any other tricks to bring it out.

I completely disagree. Anthocyanins are hypothesized to have a synergistic effect with phospholipids and terpenes. Anthocyanins are also a wellAnd honestly “ Purp “ strains aren’t all that , cosmetic bullshit for photos.
