Tricoms from inside glass jar???

This has probably been asked before but I dont have the time to search so many threads.
I have a glass jar that I keep my weed in and over time the inside has become covered in tricoms.
My question is, How do i clean the jar and by gathering all those trics so as they to can be smoked..

use a butter knife to scrape them all together or a brush with stiff bristles. I like to sprinkle it on a bowl, now i want some.

get a nice size bud and rubb it around in there or take like a flat knife and scrap it out and throw it on a bowl

My friend just mentioned to me yesterday that he pours sprite in it, just a small amout- splashes it around in there to get it all, and says it taste delicious. He couldnt vouch for the effectiveness as he is always smoking as well. But he said he was high.

For what its worth, I'll give it a try, sounds tasty.
