Trim for dry ice hash

Does trim need to be dried before sticking it in freezer?

I know how to make the hash but always dried my trim but if it's not needed I wouldn't mind skipping step

Same here. Less fragile due to moisture content.

Feeling lazy? Just over dry and dry sift with a bubble bag over a glass bowl. Quick easy save for me. But I'm easy. Best wishes. 002.jpg
