Tuned Well-Known Member Jul 19, 2022 #5 Should the trimming be done before flowering starts? Would the stress affect the yield

A lot of people will heavily defoliate through the first few weeks from flip. I trim them up all along the grow process. There’s no right or wrong way. No healthy plants will not be neither stressed from it, nor will it detract from the final yield.
