trimming plants during early flower

I was wondering if it was too late to clip these sucker branches off of the plants. Its a week into flower and I'm seeing alot of these skinny energy stealing branches on the branches and I want to clip them all off, will that harm my yield, or make it better? Also my plants got a little too tall, Is it too late to supercrop?

You're good, go ahead. I thin/light defoliation through the third week of flower without unwanted stress reactions.

well i took down my net but now my buds are so heavy my branches are leaning over almost touching the floor.

Just use a couple of canes and bit of string, your net was overkill and not doing anything or worth it at the time.

Your net really is not needed.

People actually use nets anymore? :p

And @Purpfarmer you can remove small branches, leaves, bud sites, etc basically whenever as long as your not hacking apart large portions of your plant. Removing a few small bud sites, branches, and leaves isnt going to harm the plant. But if you have a lot to remove, try spreading it out across a few days so your not stressing your plants

If he was training with a net he would have lowered and tucked, opening a plant out then like you spread it with a net.

Most of his net not even touching plant or used for any reason. Could have added it later also made a canopy raised the other plants etc and so on.

Most of what I see are pointless nets or nets not doing anything in a strange position. Copycat genetics.

So what can I use to get these standing back up? Tomato cages?? I'm already 5 weeks into flower

There's no flower set, shouldn't stress them too bad. I would put stakes in to get some control going.

Might want to get an oscillating fan going on them. Helps them hold weight and be sturdy. If their tippy from their own weight, buds will make it a nightmare.
