trimming up your plant

i know this brought up so many times but i am really hoping to get some opions on trimming your plants leafs while we are vegging and flowering. my personla take on it is to just remove any wilting dry or yellowing leaves through my plants entire life. god created that plant to have that many leaves and put them there for a reason. so why would you want to remove them. to get light to the lower part of the plant? the plant is a complete system and it feeds itself where it needs to. so to me i just let it go and enjoy watching it bush out. what are your thoughts when it comes to trimming up your leafs?

I don't take any leaves off at all during veg, the plant will shed the leaves itself as they die off. The best analogy I have heard is comparing the leaves to a solar panel. I do trim some of the smaller growth off the bottom at the onset of flowering, but not much at all.

i am so glad you are as of me and allow the plant to use all of the energy it has stored. isnt that what the leaves do. store energy, and breath for the plant so cutting them off to me is just a way to stress the plant and cause its growth rate to slow it will as i have seen spend time growing more leafs than growing tall and bushing out. so the best advice i think is to just let it grow oh i dont know oh natural...bbut thats just me. i love all the trimmings and like putting them in my compost
