That curse on civilization Trump, yesterday cut hundreds of millions of dollars in humanitarian aid to El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras, after Trump denounced the three countries because thousands of their citizens had sought asylum at the U.S. border with Mexico.
The money was intended for social programs designed to at least mitigate the serious issues facing those countries as their citizens try to flee the rampant crime and poverty at home and try to seek asylum in the US.
Ok, this makes a lot of sense, cut all aid designed to keep those migrants at home, thus giving them another reason to flee their countries and head to the US because now they will have even less support at home.
Someone please tell me how this will work out well for the US?
