Trying to cool this Tube with 600w HPS, Am i in the Clear?

Hi all.. So i just have a quick question about this 600w cooltube i think i will be buying..
So i have a 4in Active Air 130CFM In-line Fan, And i need to know if it will Be enough if its DIRECTLY connected to the cool tube no Filter...

That should be okay if vented properly.

i run a 130 cfm with my 600, I usually sit about 5 degrees F above ambient
