trying to figure out how much fertilizer???

I'm planning my outside grow for this spring and i'm not sure on how i want to fertilize my plants. I have a mound of goat crap thats been composting for about 5+ years. I was thinking about just mixing that into the dirt for my plants. We have really fertile soil around me. Would the manure be enough for the plants during veg or should i add something else? i have some FF Marine Cuisine(10-7-7) slow release fert that works well with mj. Would it be safe to mix that with the manure? should i do one or the other?

Well u could just take the compost mix with peatmoss and perfect soil,
U might need to fert here and there but that should b great material
