trying to grow a strong mother plant. Diagnosis please.

I'm a new grower. I'm trying to build a nice mother place for propagation. I'd like some opinions on what I might be doing wrong.

I'm concerned about the red stems and burnt tips. New growth is happening, but I'm trying to make this a strong plant and I want to baby it as much as possible.

It looks fine to me. Dont be so hard on urself, no plant grows Perfect.

Thanks for the encouragement. Yeah, i mean it feels like it's going reasonable well. I just read some conflicting information about red stems. Could be indications of some kind of deficiency or it could just be genetics. I don't know very much about this particular strain to know the difference.

alot of strains normaly have the red stems. it look good to me..
