so, as a preface, this is my 3rd/4th of this strain. I had some early issues overwatering, overfeeding etc for 1 and 2. Thouhht i had reigned it in for the most part, but still running into issues mid-late flowering.
300w draw led hollandstar 6x 1800
Purple kush - feminized autoflower - Sonoma Seeds
2x4 indoors
24-27*C
52-67% humidity
Promix bx + added perlite, added epsom 2 weeks into flower, topdressed
AN 3 part @ custom amounts. Tapered into 1/4 strength. 2-1-2, 1-1-2, 1-2-4, for veg, trans, bloom.
1/2 strength started to fried same size plants last ti.e, so keeping it diluted. ~750ppm max on the curve, around 5.8-6.2pH (5.5-6.5 expected ok to start)
June 23rd sprout
July 17th transition/preflowering ~24th day, on par
8 weeks flowering est. Expecting one sept 5th ish, the other a week or two after
Week 1-3: no issues.
Sometime around transition phase, i started seeing the same ca/mg looking def starting. Ended up feeding #4 @ 6.4 pH, issues got worse fast, so #3 got fed 2 days later at 6.1, not as many issues.
I know those leafs wont get better. Try not to have it progress. #3 stayed green a few weeks longer. pH range for my environment seems to excel between 5.8-6.2. Good knowledge for next time.
Hammer through the next few weeks, defol as needed, cleaning up some dying stuff. Leaves are still aging, assuming the majority of it is senescence(sp?).
I figure some of it is that, but still figure something with the nutes are locking out. Not 100%, maybe jist genes. But the colour changes are ghastly imo LOL.
Like, ive seen some skittlez that get the nice marble fade looking patterns. This is like an austistic bob ross painting. (Sorry bob, i dont know many other painters).
Just fishing for sone insights, maybe theres something im missing i can do better with..well, definitely do better..
Bonus pic of my next little random bagseed project once these autos finish again. Coming along nicely so far
