Trying to run lady bugs and predator mites in flower - can I water soil with spinosad

I am moving to ebb and flow or RDWC because of these little bastards. I was going to use lady bugs (they kind of suck but are cheap) and predator mites.

I was going to also water with some spinosad but not spray with spinosad. Wiill this work> Will watering with spino hurt the predator mites? Thanks
