ts 1000 and AK48

thats in a 2x4 tent with scrog, my question is. should light be on 100% power? seeds been above ground 3 days and no issues, at 30 inches. I cant buy more stuff, this is not my first time with this plant. light yes. also this is the first real scrog, lst and cfls were what I was with, avg 85g a plant. recommendations?

I kept mine at 100% from the start...if the plant is not having issues, go with it. Started at 24in.

cool, ive had it at 75% the whole time, so , no issues, Ima gonna see how the scrog goes, and hopefully not get too tight/
