Thats cool, maybe that top split or got damaged right before flowering and topped itself.

I had onedo that too where i had accidentally broken off the top 1/2 inch of flower about three weeks into flower

I bet that is exactly what happened.
I cut a shitload of fan leaves as they began shading budsites and bet i accidentally chopped it's head off.
