twisted and yellowing leaves

My 10 days old girl is under 80W of CFL's. First bad sign was that babyleaves started to yellow already. Next bad thing was that second pair of leaves started to twist and they are having some purple colour on the tips and edges of leaves. After 2 days (today) i noticed that one of the twisted leaf has some yellow stains on it. I am quite worried because it doesn't seem get better. I do not use nutriens and test paper showed that ph is normal (same colour as rainwater that i use). I add water to plant when soil is dray (I try with my finger). Temps are a bit high (31C/87,8F) during the day, but i don't think that this is causing the problems. Sorry about bad quality pics and language :)-

Ph should be about 6.5 in normal soil. I'm not sure what you're using, but most yard soils are best avoided and bagged potting soils are usually much better. Plants need to start receiving weak nutrients when the 3-bladed leaves first start to grow in.

Try to bring the temps down some. There's always some fluctuation in temps so that 88 degrees could be even higher at times.
