Twisted small leaf seedling

Hey guys I planted three seedlings 7 days ago two of them are growing properly from what I'm used to but one of them is very small. took long time to grow and the leaves are tiny and twisting could it be just bad genetics or should I toss it. I have pictures of the small twisted one and the 2 other normal ones. Not sure of genetics if male or female.

I always grow out my 'special needs' gurls, sometimes you just get the fire. Had one do something similar, stall big time then basically come out as a twin, double everything including the high.

Why would you toss it? Did you pay for the seed? Let it grow. Chances are in a couple weeks you won't even notice. Why are people so quick to want to kill plants because they aren't perfect? Maybe it is a male and if you don't want pollen then toss it. But tossing it now because of some weird leaves doesn't make any sense.
