twisting leaves problem og-18 *pics

Hello everyone. New around here, and I've been doing a lot of research but can't seem to pin down an answer on this issue... any advice appreciated. I have these girls under 2x 125w 6400k cfls for veg. Temps between 69-71f during lights out and 75-81f during lights on. 1- 150cfm exhaust fan, 1- 4x10 passive intake, 1- fan for circulation. Room - 6x4x6. They were cuttings just transplanted a week ago... and now the leaves are starting to twist on two of them. I fed them once with 1/4 strength ff big bloom and they're in a 50/50 mix of happy frog/ocean forest. Pics are canopy shot right after transplant, canopy shot 7 days later, and then the leaves twisting. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the input. The light is about 8" from them. Two of them look normal and two of them are starting to twist and get all wavy.

Now the new growth is starting to come out twisting and there are yellowing spots. Can't figure this out! I've given them pure water no nutes the last two waterings. pH around 6.3 they are in solo cups.

I had this happen to me but during flowering and pretty sure it was because the bud was so dense it made the leaves twist so not sure.

Curious, this is a dumb question but I'm a grower that grows on common sense and don't read into it too much.

Why do people cute their leaves at the edges?

@ Medicatedgrow, The edges are often cut from the bigger fan leaves on clones to help it establish roots quicker. Less plant mass to take care of during rooting.
