Two 600 watt tents

So im trying to keep my temps down and not run 1000s id like to be in a tent what would i need to cool that? Just a fan to cool the light and blow that hot air out im in a garage it is winter . Would doing it like this prevent me from cutting holes in the wall can i jus keep the tents temps down or what all help is appreciated happy growing/smoking

depending on the size tent you may have to use cool tubes to keep your temps down and have an intake and out take
