Two Ladies what went wrong, 1st time indoor

The first old lady is in her approx. 10th week of flowering. I messed up her light timing with many inconsistencies so this is a approx timeline. She has been plagued by droopy curled leaves on the her bottom half since I underwatered her at about the 4th week of veg. I could use some advise, as she is getting close to being done and I'm concerned about the yield and hoping she can still fill the lower branches up better. How can I do this?

The second lady is a bonifide midget, it is in her 5th week of flowering after 6 weeks of veg. It is only 13" high...WTF….. What did I do to cause this and how can this be avoided in the future? Could this be a bad clone?

what size pots?
what soil?
what nutes?
what max/min temps?
maybe the cfl didnt make em dens enough they dont look to stretched tho.

the second one ecspecially looks as if she got stunted in growth by stress sme were down the line..just my opinion tho

I choose two strains that are supposed to be a shorter species because my closet is small.

what size pots? I believe home depot calls them 12" but they only are about 9"high with 10"diam. I thought they would be big enough for a 4' plant.
what soil? MG Moister Control 1st plant. Scots potting mix on the 2nd. I remixed Scots with Moister Control after already seeing stunted growth after 1 mon veg.
what nutes? Basicly MG 15-30-15 20oz every 3 days.
what max/min temps? 68-76 with fan

The Moister Control pot would almost need to be watered every day. If I soaked her it would not make the 2nd day with out water without some drooping
