Two Months and no Buds?

It's been two months since I germinated and potted my plant. I have been giving it plenty of sunlight and the plant appears to be healthy. It is also like two feet tall and no buds. I started a 12/12 schedule yesterday. Am I right to start this 12/12 schedule or what? Any input will be greatly appreciated!

2 months is a fair amount of time to veg. Your plants should show sex soon after you 12/12

outdoor plants wont grow bud till the days start getting shorter and the plants recognize the shortening days. howd you start 12/12 outdoors, you just putting bucket over it or what? you can do this for a week or two if your wanting your plant to show pre-flowers so you can determine the sex of the plant, but then its gunna have to re-veg which slows growth.

I ususlly start flowering stage at 20 or so inches with saltiva they tend to take longer to flower. If you have enough room to grow because they will get big. Good Luck
