I was wondering the other day if one could plant two seedlings close together (in my case, clones) and have them grow together, kind of like the way two trees would fuse together if left side by side. I'm living in a legal grow state for med card users and have a limit of 10 plants per license, the only problem is, I've got 20 clones so I am considering planting two per 25 gallon grow bag, side to side, maybe even lightly taping them together with green nursery tape so that when they grow, they will fuse giving the appearance of one plant. I only veg for two months, then they are put to flower. Just thinking if something like that would work given there is enough space for roots. It would be nice to double up on the plants, even if at some point in time they become one.
Any thoughts? I'm not even sure it is possible, so like I said... I'm just thinking out loud at this point.
