uh oh is it a hermie!??

7 weeks and 2 days into flower, started noticing some small yellow flower pedal looking things amongst the budmass of a couple plants
i touched one and it looked like som epollen came out..... is it what i think it is?

they were in veg for like 8 weeks, which was too long they are all spindly now but i got it worked out. and yea they started showing their sex a long time ago and i got rid of about 4 males. the others all looked only female, and yea they are budding and i just noticed it, and it looks like theyve already burst if they have flower pedal things. pics i can post tomorrow.
