uh oh-- possibly light stress?

I am nearing week 10 of flower for this white widow strain (grow diary ). Over the past week, I've noticed new pistils forming. Within the past few days I've noticed accelerated discoloration of leaves. Overnight, one of the colas (first picture) presented leaves with tips-- almost entirely bleach white. At first I thought it might be light-related, so I raised/dimmed the lights (about 4 days ago). I'll note, however, that I have a couple other strains in the tent (1 bonsai in early flower, 1 alaska purple auto) that are not showing similar symptoms. So, I am a bit at a loss of what I should do (if anything, given that it is at 10 weeks into flower). Here are the particulars:

Medium: coco/perlite
Nutrients: Maxibloom @ 1.4 - 1.6 EC
Tap water @ 6.0-6.2 ph

Any thoughts are very much welcome.

I guess I should also mention that I water to run-off daily, but have noticed that the plants are not drinking as much as they have been.

Interesting! I figured there is not much to be done in terms of "fixing". I'm somewhat surprised to hear I should chop it! Is this because of potentially knock-on effects, like root rot (or exacerbating root rot that might already be present), for example? :-D

Could be
I would chop it based on it being close to done and no longer eating
Your roots I doubt are an issue in coco if fed daily
