UK grower wanting work experience in Canada

Can anyone name any big weed growing companies there or in any other states where it's legal?

I may get refused I have a criminal record producing class B cannabis 3 times but if I was canadian I wouldnt have a criminal record

We know our government plan to use us once its legalized but I'd rather not be on minimum wage tending to plants all day I want that manager position so I would love to get work experience in a professional hydroponic facility, I dont need paying

The Canadian legal market is in rough shape. Layoffs and stock market de-listing are on the agenda. I wish you well but would be surprised if you were able to find legal growing work in Canada right now.
