Ultimate organic soil mix specifically for bloom

Hi
I want to know what you guys consider the ultimate soil mix specifically for BLOOM. I am finished veging and after 10 days of 12/12 Ill know the sex of my plants. I will transplant ( or pot in pot) in bigger pots specifically for the 8 weeks bloom period. So I have to chose the best mix for bloom.

I am thinking of adding 1/2 promix peat, 1/8 compost, 1/8 worm casting, 1/16 dolomite lime and 1/16 batguano and 1/16 perlite/vermicooooolite and 1/16 mix of blood/kelp/bone meal.

Then Ill feed with fox farm organic Big Bloom.
