Uncertainty about bud rot (first timer)

hello everyone,im a first time grower from the middle east.
i have a pretty small plant that already have some buds on it.
lately it has been a lower temperature in my area (around 17-19 C at night) and 20-25 C in daytime.
i've read some topics about cannabis diseases and i just wanted to check that everything is ok and im just too nervous about the buds lol.
i already took off the big leaves few weeks ago in order to let a fresh air and more light for the buds.
as you can see in the picture,there are some small "brown leaves" just next to the bud. idk what's that so i just wanted to make sure that it's fine.
btw,i know my plant is small and i'd like to know when i should harvest.

Don't look like spores.....could just be that leaf dying off. Just keep an eye on it to make sure it isnt spreading.

It looks like you had some necrosis there but usually bud rot makes a good chunk of your bud mushy and you'll see some white or gray webbing. Looks like the flower is airy enough that you could carefully cut those parts out and monitor it
