Underdeveloped top flowers?

Bag seed. Week 9 flower. (Slow do to bad light)The top seems to have majority white pistils but the lower nugs look good. Some of the sugar leaves have started to turn amber. Last two feedings have been distilled water...
I know pictures aren't the best but can anyone give me a guess on when to chop?

Do you have a way to check trich production, outside of visually inspecting? ( microscope ) If not, when to chop is nothing more than an educated guess, that I would prefer not to give.

I’m going on a limb about ” actuaL “ flowering appearance over what your calendar may say.

Calyx seems to be bulking a little , so I say give it as much light as possible ( including supplemental ) regardless of type ( bulbs , etc. )
You want to boost the light so you can have a better end result. Nice trich heavy strain but the flower’s overall “ appearance of ripeness “ is better to go by in this instance. Buds looks on track to fill up more , pistils are showing more “fresh“ coloring than mature.

So by that , I say run it out as long as it needs ... you mentioned light causing a lag , that is true sometimes.
Resist cutting too early.
