Uneven grow

Hi all,
I started my grow a few days ago. Three of the four beans germinated (one sank to the bottom of the shot glass immediately, and from what I read, I just cut that loss).

Seed #1 had a good size taproot, the other two were smaller but had popped through the shell so I put them in coco and let it go.

Now three days later Seed #1 is the only one that has reached for the light (1/2" above the medium)

Do we think I planted the others too early? Should I just give the other two more time?
Will waiting on these other seed to sprout mess up my light schedule... are there risks to waiting on them to sprout?

Am I being too critical over three days of growth?

Give them at least a week to sprout. I dont bother with the soak anymore, just straight into the medium.
