Unique growing situation

I’m a new grower (3rd round) over 2 years. Growing basic bag weed. I have different experiences each grow. I’ve started from seed each time (50-75) at a time and after weeding out runts and males I’ve yielded 9-12 great plants. I’ve had better luck w outdoor grows than indoor transplanting to larger vessels along their grow. My current grow started about 6 weeks ago from seed in red solo cups in Florida sunshine. Obviously the lack of daylight has proved to be challenging, but they are performing. Well and have been transplanted to 1 gallon pots. We left FL and are now in NC where it’s much cooler, but still decent during the days. The plants are probably 12-14” and 15 of them are producing beautiful buds and flowers (they have been sexed). Today I put them in clear plastic bags as the high is only 50. I just removed them for the last 2 hrs of daylight so the condensation will burn off. My dilemma is the following. On the 15th I’ll be relocating the plants to CT and will continue to grow them indoors. My thinking was to get them on a 16/8 light cycle to get them bigger, as the last grow the plants were 6-7’ in 9 gallon buckets. I can transplant these again obviously into larger 3 or 5 gallon buckets but am unsure how to proceed? I wanted to get clones of these plants but I feel some are too far into flower to do that, and I won’t have two rooms for diff light cycles. I guess what I’m asking is how large will the plants get under a 12/12 indoor light (to maintain flowering at this stage?) I mean what are my chances of getting them back to veg (and is it necessary?) I mean the goal is to produce bud, and I guess this is “working” but im just wondering what my options are as I’ll be returning to NC in April and then FL from there in May. I’ll probably start another round in FL amd do this again through 22. The goal has been to stop sexing and clone the good females but I fear I may have lost that chance again?

Personally I'd be moving smaller plants due to vehicle size and climate control in it. Kind of strange moving plants with seeds so available.
