Has anyone ever seen a plant do this?? If so what on earth does it mean because I’ve never seen this. The only thing I can think is I over did it with the fertilizer PLEASE HELP

Are you referring to the one branch that's taller than the rest? It happens, don't worry about it.
Your plants look good. I see an extremely slight over feeding issue, but nothing to get overly concerned about. See how the tips of some of the leaves have a very minor burnt look? That's over feed. Dial back a slight bit, feed at the lower level for a few feeds, and monitor the situation.

Ty for that info and did feed a bit early this time but I’m referring to the way the leaves are sticking straight up in the air. I’ve never seen it and it’s only on maybe 5 of 30 plants
