No it was dead lower branch that looked healthy until last week.These plants went through a re-veg before flower so no every branch had growth.
Look like some crazy stretched out yellow trichomes

Thank you Cannabineer,Could be Aspergillus flavus. That one produces carcinogenic aflatoxins and is responsible for aspergillosis which can be quickly fatal.
Not only do I recommend you discard the entire grow, but wash your entire grow area and all equipment (unplug any electrics) with dilute chlorine bleach. Serious bummer.
