Well it is if you watch Al-Jazeera http://english.aljazeera.net/watch_now/
We America have turned a blind eye to Bahrain too and BlackWater is not the army in UAE..
They will put to death two people, suspected in a death of a policeman, in Bahrain for protesting soon.
Basically the trial was for show.
And so on and so on.. There is only so much this site can handle before people get upset.

egypt is also 100's of times bigger, I mean..you cant really point it as one or two things its a very complicated issue, there is reason to believe that there is some sort of conspiracy because of our good relations with Bahrain and also the saudi relationship, I can't answer the questions you ask really, the best I can say is to look at what the people are saying, the only way to do that really is like ernst said watch al jazera or to read their literature, as usual keep in mind Al Jazera is very biast and has an agenda like all news reporting today. This is one topic I am not very familiar with personally so I can't help you.
I can say that this 'unrest' is part of the larger picture, across the world peoples are fed up with corrupt governments, even in our own country, global unrest is everywhere with freedom of information and the internet and its spreading like wildfire across the world. I hope all this truth will bring us world peace in the long run but right now is time for revolutions. The young people don't like whats been handed to them and they are not standing for the status quo.
