Untaped my Ak super crop

So I Untaped my attempted supercropped.. One of my plants, the trouble maker Bilbo strain had repaired all of her meet.. I guess I had torn both of them as I was trying to manipulate their stems.. Both were only about 3.5 inches tall but I was surprised at how tuff the stems were even at the time.. Anyway this is my first grow and first attempt at the training method so I am not totally sure if the vertical rip looking patches are supposed to be that way or not.. Anyways you can tell she has swollen up and created the knot like structure you trying to get from a super crop..
Ok so I undid my AK strain. Alot bigger knot.. She wasnt fixed up completely I don't think so I taped her back up.. But...... On one of the same vertical tear looking parts she has a much wider split.. And it looked as though there was a big piece of meat pushed out through it. Was still kinda wet looking.. Is that kinda normal.. Its been a little less than 2 weeks.. Didn't look to bad or anything.. Just looked like a open wound and was swealled out . this will repair right..
I tried to let her sit for a minute in the air to kinda add dry it out.. But I also didn't want anything in the air to get on the open wound so I did tape it up quickly..
So anyone done this or that has seen this from doing this type of training got any insight. Trying to figure out if that is actually net from her trying to repair or if its something else and I need to do something about it..

I use duct tape for my overly ambitious super cropping so I have never removed it. The knots of strem are kind of commom though even for the areas that I don't over do it on, it is a good thing.

Im just trying to figure out if the new tissue is supposed to be bulged out like it is and still look soft and wet kinda after almost 2 weeks.. Wish I would have had my phone handy to take pics of it while I had that tape of so I could have posted then too but it was kind of a quick check thing.. I should be starting my mainline on both of them either tomorrow or the day after and was just wondering where they were at
