Unusual botched bag seed plant

Hi folks,

Vegged an unknown bagseed under a window in poor light, which eventually showed pistils.
Upon confirmation of pistils, got hold of a 200w CFL light to help it flower.

Has been flowering now for 8 weeks (gave it Canna PK along the way) and it is frosty as hell, but the buds are tiny. Its been grown in rough conditions, cold at night ~5C and poor draining soil.
Struggling to tell if the trics are cloudy or just clear but frosty looking.
To make matters worse the CFL light has just broken so it has been having its 12 hours of light back under the window for the last couple days.
Do I cut my losses and chop it or give it a week or 2 of natural light in an attempt to ‘beef’ it out? It absolutely stinks and pretty sure it’s predom indica.

Pics attached! Let me know what you think, cheers.

You get what you get with bag seed. No typical results from what I've seen. I do think you could have done better.. in better conditions. and that 200W cfl... is it a 200w equivalent? how many actual watts?

An actual 200W dual spectrum i believe, don’t have the box so not sure. Reckon it’s just worth cutting now?

I'd like to know where all the branches went. lol
Lol it was vegged under very weak natural light so it never really branched out. Was more of an experiment tbh, when it showed pistils I thought I may as well try a stronger light to improve yield, but guess it was too late as it had entered the flowering stage by then but with minimal bud sites.

Not bad for under a window I guess. It looks about done for my preference at least. The lack of light, cold temps, and too much N are why the buds are small.
